  The people here are very detailed and worked through all of our transactions. Everyone seemed to work well with one another. The process takes time but I'm glad I got the service I did.

  I got a New Driver's License yesterday! I spoke with a manager about getting my license in my new name, as had changed it a few years ago by my own discretion. When I moved to a new state, must show the legal court document for the name change again. I needed a new id/license yesterday so I can open up a new bank account so my baby's adoption affiliates can provide what is needed, immediately. I was hoping would be able to get in my new name, without the document, as it is in another's hands so I don't need to waste money, as is very tight. The Manager I spoke with was polite and considering, average professionalism. The bald black woman with gold braclets who actually helped me, the picture taker etc, was quite unprofessional. I don't think she heard a word I said, or cared ? She not only mocked my picture, literally laughing at it, but also jeered at my inconvience of having to go by my old last name, that I need to get a new replacement for like $30 in the future of with my new name. As well as I believe she's completely oblivious of her "service." But seemed more concerned with her outfit, and performance in my experience, than being at work, working and helping others.

  Went to take my drivers test, but recived an awful experience. The test and instructor were bias and failed me on purpose and when I called them out about it with evidence, they denied it. My instructor was the black guy with gold teeth and he spotted every tiny mistake until he could tally up enough to fail me and had to lie about my parking even though I parked perfectly. When I showed him pictures of my parking, he denied me and told me to reschedule my test and pay 20$ more than I payed the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRIVING TEAT HERE EVER!
