- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure what is going on but we've had 4-packages labeled as "delivered" in the past 30-days when they haven't been. Two were randomly delivered within 48-hours of showing delivered on their tracking page. One (international) had been through JFK-to here and then mysteriously sent to MN and was sitting there waiting for a call to return it to us. They don't know where the last one is. Staff is friendly but so far hasn't followed through with returning phone calls once they "look into it".By Catherine Swart, February 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to track a package that they "attempted to deliver " yet I was hope all day and there was no note left on my door of notice . I only knew because I logged into my amazon account and said that delivery was attempted. So I called and they told me I needed my tracking number so I told them I would go grab it really quick. Got hung up on after I came back and when I tried to call back the line was disconnected "mysteriously ". I'm going in later today to file a formal customer complaint because apparently this is how they treat any body for no reason. Astonishing.By Shantel Perez, December 19, 2016
