  My least favorite BIG bank... The people are nice... What the corporation makes them do in not! Bank at Sun Trust much better corporate philosophy, mor customer focused instead of bottom line shareholder focused.

  Although this location is a bank, Jody, Assistant Manager, provided the best over the phone customer service encountered with BOA in a long time.

  Called to exchange foreign currency and was told to schedule an appointment. Called the Bank of America Garden st. location and was told to "come anytime, the teller will be glad to help you."

  My daughter just went to Bank of America on New Warrington Road Pensacola, Florida to get a money order drawing from her Bank of America account and the people there refused to help her. They said she would have to make an appointment to come back and get a money order even though there was one BOA employee there doing nothing. This Bank of America location is the absolute worst and the manager should be fired. My daughter finally asked if she could make a withdrawal so she could open an account at Wells Fargo and close her account at BOA and they still didn't care. They gave her her withdrawal but said she would have to make an appointment to close her account. This is the worst bank in the history of banks. Only one person that she normally deals with as she was leaving finally vouched for her but none of the other tellers or bank personnel cared AT ALL about her or providing any type of good customer service. They should all be fired.
