  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a problem with my package today.(It was delivered wide open with the contents literally leaking out.) I called the post office to try and find a solution and understand why my package arrived the way it did. The clerk had an attitude with me as if I was upset or angry with him personally. Um no, what I am upset about is the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Even the mail lady just threw the contents of my package on my front porch! SERIOUSLY?!?! Needless to say the manager NEVER returned my phone calls. I'm using UPS or DHL for my packages from now on. Thankfully, I'll be receiving a refund from the company which i ordered from. It's just crazy how people just don't care about anything anymore. Only their paychecks.

  I had a good experience here. I was mailing many letters, and needed stamps for them. The woman helped me get stamps that were very fitting for my letter purpose, and was very friendly and helpful. I also had no help.

  THE FORREST GUMP OF POSTOFFICES! I recently moved into Montclair. My grandfather and great-grandfather were postmasters.Another of my ancestors rode for the Pony Express(risked his life to deliver messages). Meanwhile, the fat-ass letter carrier in Montclair was too lazy to get out of the truck, and walk a letter onto the porch. He said that I had to move my mailbox(been on the porch for 30 years) out to the street...not hapnin'. He quit delivering my mail. That which does get delivered, is often several weeks late and/or tampered with. Postmaster doesn't seem to care. Plus, there's a little short bald-headed fella that likes to come out and point his.finger(from across the counter)...hilarious. If "stupid" was bricks, that post office would be an entire Chicago housing project! It's a real hangover shitshow in there. Eagle?......yeah, right......a bunch of worn out old bitties, vultures, and crows..."caw, caw, caw!"
