  This location needs to be closed down indefinatly. They have a complete lack of ability to conduct buisness. I purchased a surface tablet from them on 4/7/2015 for $158.00. After I took it home and played with it for a while I noticed it was damaged ( looked like someone had dropped it ) and it performed very slow. So on 4/8/2015 I called Cash America Pawn No 1 and explained what was going on and they told me to bring it back up to the pawn shop and I could get a refund. After driving 15 miles I get there and was told the computers are down and I could not get a refund. All the while I am talking to this guy people are buying and pawning like its business as usual in there. How in the hell can you tell me you can't conduct my business yet you are conducting everyone else's business? I felt like I was being singled out as a minority and I will be contacting the BBB about the situation. P.S. as I am sitting in my truck typing this review someone just pawned or returned a blue ray player... I would go to any other pawn shop besides this one, just a friendly warning...

  I've made a few purchases in the past, the staff if always extremely rude and uninterested in your business. I will no longer shop here and let everyone I know not to do business with them.
