  Ryan Driscoll is the man to call for auto loans at FSEFCU. He is a courteous and detail oriented individual. He clearly explained the auto loan process to me so I could make a very important financial decision. Thanks!

  For some reason this bank has no 24 hour service. Our card is locked with no explanation and we need to pay a bill and we can't get a hold of anyone. We work in customer service and I can tell you that we will immediately be withdrawing every dime we have in the account and going to a bank where we have full access to our hard earned money. We are both completely appalled by the fact that the online banking feature only says currently unavailable with no explanation. We work late hours and we need to be able to contact our bank after we finish our usual 13 hour shifts. Amazingly enough, our hard working lifestyles are not accomidating with the bank customer service features of 9 to 5. We will never recommend this financial institution. I hope the others who have been with them for a period of time have had a better experience with them but for us...we will no longer be affilitaed. At this point we may be better off keeping our money in a mattress. Good luck to all
