  I had such a great experience at Gulf Winds! I applied for a membership and preapproved auto loan on the same day. It was such an easy process. I really like that they only had to pull my credit once. The employees on Creighton were so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It was my first time applying for a car loan, so I was so thankful for their easy approval process. I loved their honest approach that made me feel like I was "in the loop"; they told me my interest rate right then and there. Please do not become one of those huge, impersonal credit unions that does everything possible to keep their members out of the loop! Thank you again for such a great experience!

  Wish I could give no stars. Went great for years but now this new processing of your credit cards made my original agreement for high yields checking with them no longer valid and Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union refuses to honor it, tried to explain it all away (like politicians) but it's still refusing to honor an agreement. When I first complained about it Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union said they would call me back but they didn't. That's like saying the check's in the mail. Then the rep tries to talk me into some other type of transaction to qualify but I'm not interested. I want my original agreement. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile is my motto. Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union has advertising on their bank statements. You look at your bank statement and there's a huge ad. Go somewhere else, I am.
