    Great experience! Went in with a ring that was gifted to me from my fiancé's mother. I had it resized and cleaned in preparation for my proposal. Not only was it done in a timely manner, it looked phenomenal. Like it was brand new. They let me pick a new box for it and even gave me some resources for insuring the ring after having it appraised. I will certainly be back again.

    Went in to get a link in my TAG Heuer added in today and also look at purchasing another one. Stood there looking and waiting patiently because the associates were helping other people. After not being spoken to or acknowledged in the time I was there I decided to walk out. Again not being acknowledged. I got that you're busy but at least smile and say something.

    I went into jewlers trade shop today to get a link taken out of my rolex pearl master they helped me in a excellent timely manner great customer service even though they were a bit busy they still managed to help me and a few other people pretty quick thank you all again
