    Called to discuss the increase in my policy and after a brief discussion decoded to cancel the policy.....Laura Mitchell herself spoke to me personally and seemed to not care if I cancelled or not and didn't try to get me to stay with State Farm .....piss poor customer service on her part especially with me being a customer of 12 years plus.
