  TERRIBLE! Hidden fees on top of more fees. They even charged my account for three months for returned statement fees because I had moved, yet I had not even used this account in over a year due to dissatisfaction, so they were sending out statements without any type of activity or balance on the account, and then charging me for the statements. Before I could even realize what had happened, they reported this to the credit bureau and my score dropped from almost an 800 to a 614! I have NEVER missed any type of payment in my life and now they have ruined my credit. They charged me fees for a credit bureau service that I had not opted into. I was in the branch once and was offered an overdraft protection service without telling me that there were fees associated with the overdraft protection (I honestly didn't even need it because I always have money in my savings so there's really no need for it, but since they offered it, I was thinking sure why not.) so I used the overdraft protection while I was out of town instead of just transferring the money over myself and BOOM I get on my account once I get back in town and there are over $100 in overdraft protection fees. I could've literally gotten on the account and transferred my OWN money from my savings to my checking account if I knew there were going to be fees! And when I went in to complain, they said oh well and didn't waive any of the fees. NEVER using this stupid CU again. GO TO NAVY FED!
