    My experience with the Ensley, Fl branch is wonderful. Friendly service, knowledge people exceptional service. However the calling center sucks. Get a recording listing options and push any option 1-4 and here the same options again. I don't want to talk to somebody in Birmingham or any place but Ensley. Make it possible to call my local branch without jumping through hoops. My last frustrating experience was Thursday 10/8/15 approximately 3:10- 3:20 pm central. Don't think the five stars above are for the home office.... only the Ensley Branch.
