- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had Suntrust for many years. I have a checking, savings and credit card with them. I rarely have to go into the bank as I utilize online banking. When I moved to this area in the fall, I had to use my local branch on Bayou. Both times, I was waited on by Nancy and both times, she has been rude. The first time, she gave me mis-information along with being rude and the second time, I was running late and her tone was again, just plain rude. I will never bank at this branch again. In fact, if I go to another branch here and find the same type of tellers, I will switch banks. Never have I felt this way about a place where I keep MY money.By Lynne Bollhoefer, June 04, 2017
